Past Brand Cabinet Users
Here are some famous players who have historically used this brand & type of cabinet in the past as reference and educational purposes for your tone quest or inspiration:

Ian Ross – John 5 and the Creatures

Rob Ellershaw – Heaven’s Basement
Chris Edwards – Kasabian
Due to the fact that no one seems to have documented either on Marshall Amplification®’s own site or by any other source when this model cab was introduced, there is not much back story I can give on this model cabinet. Even the Internet Wayback Machine is not of much help since it seems Marshall® developed their site in Flash for many of its first years.
I first became aware of this cab’s awesome power in 2018 while attending a John 5 and the Creatures concert at the Stanhope House in Stanhope, NJ, USA. John 5 and Ian Ross were both using the cabs along Marshall Amplification® Mode 4™ amps. I said to myself, if these cabs could sound this glorious with solid state amps playing a variety of musical styles, I am sure impulse response files of a same model cab would help a great many bass and guitar players who use modelling. I was able to rent a similar model cab to record files for your use.
