Inconclusive information on both the Tone King® site's endorsement section as well as on the web regarding any famous player using the Falcon™. If you know, please drop me an email as this is a fantastic sounding guitar amp/cabinet combo.
Tone King® was founded in 1993 and has been making guitar amp combos in Baltimore, Maryland, USA for many years using classic F-Type vintage amp designs as inspiration. The styling of the cabinet is akin to a 1960's era television cabinet, but the combo sounds pretty righteous. There is something about the speaker being placed off-center in that dimension of cab along with the speaker diffuser in front of the combo to prevent beaming that makes this cab sound very special. Impulse responses made with this cab can really sound great with many different types of digital amp models, even bass amp models. I tried to find an amp model that hated this cab and I could not find an amp model to fight with these impulse response (IR) files except at extreme gain and EQ settings.
Please check the documentation of your Yamaha® THR-100™, Kemper® KPA™ (Kemper Profiler Amp), Line 6® Helix™, Two Notes® Torpedo™, Digitech® GSP 1101™, Atomic Amps® Amplifire™, NuX® Cerberus™, AMT® Pangaea CP-100™, Mooer® Radar™, Positive Grid® Bias™, or other hardware or software based Impulse Response (IR) loader to see which WAV file format is correct to use.
